This February, we were honored to welcome Dr. Victoria Fan from the Center for Global Development in Washington, USA, for an enlightening course on "Infectious Disease Epidemiology, Economics, and Policy." Dr. Fan's engaging lecture on Feb. 21  was attended by a diverse group of 70 students, professors, and physicians from Taipei Tzu Chi Hospital, both in person and online, making it a truly enriching experience for all involved.
